Welcome to Even Thai Spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through an approved booking platform (e.g. Treatwell).
- We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
- Walk-ins are welcome but subject to therapist availability.
2. Payments
- Payments can be made by cash or card at the spa.
- Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.
- Gift vouchers and package deals must be presented before treatment begins.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
4. Late Arrivals
- Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
5. Health Conditions
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate due to health reasons.
6. Code of Conduct
- Even Thai Spa provides professional massage therapy only.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be asked to leave. Payment in full will still be required.
- Respectful conduct toward staff and other clients is expected at all times.
7. Liability
- While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Even Thai Spa is not liable for any injury or medical condition that may arise from treatments provided unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and do not collect personal data through this website. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
- Even Thai Spa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
